This YouTube video contest from WiQuest Communications has a great Grand Prize package that includes a Wireless Workstation, comprised of a Dell XPS notebook PC equipped with Wireless USB, a Kensington Wireless USB Docking Station, an Imation Apollo Pro WX Wireless hard drive, and the opportunity for winner’s video to be featured in an online commercial. Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $3,000.

The  “Why Are You Wired” Contest from asks entrants to make a video showing what you will do with all your no longer needed USB cables. Their YouTube page says, “YouTube subscribers 18 years of age and older can submit their own original video (up to 3 mins. in length) that humorously, dramatically or otherwise demonstrates what they would do with all of those unnecessary USB cables if they had a Wireless USB computer system and Wireless USB peripherals.”

Personally, I can think of a ton of things I could do with all my USB cables, but I don’t know how easy it would be to use them to make a macrame’ plant holder.
