It is a “new initiative to reward writers, journalists, bloggers, students, photographers, video makers and citizen reporters for their creative works.” The allvoices Excellence in Citizen Media Incentive Program is an online initiative to reward on-the-ground news and opinion contributors from all over the world.”
The terms say:
1. For every one hundred thousand page views of user contributions, user reports, and user submissions submitted by you, allvoices shall pay you $1,000.
2. for the first one million page views of your user contributions, user reports, and user submissions, allvoices shall pay you $10,000.

However, don’t look for a quick payoff because it offers a six-month cash incentive. If you do the math on this that means you need about 600 daily views of your contributions, reports and submissions in order to get the $1,000, or about a penny per view. That may not sound like a lot, but then again, how much are you earning for putting your videos on other sites? If you are looking to establish a long term online presence, this is a unique way to “establish a multimedia portfolio and build a fan and readership base.”
