They say that each great video contest starts with a Small Step…
Okay, they don’t really say that, but that is the premise of this competition, open to U.S. residents between the ages of 14-24 years old. The rules state:

• Create a video showing how you and your friends can take Small Steps to get healthy
• Make sure your video is 3 minutes or less and no larger than 25mb in file size
• Winners will be selected based on the 4 most viewed videos during the period between October 8th and October 28th.
• The GRAND PRIZE winner is not eligible for the “runner-up prize”
• All videos must be in .mov, .avi, .mpg, .mpg2, .mpeg, .mpeg2, .mpeg4, .mp4, or .wmv formats
• Tell everyone you know to watch your video because the more views you get from October 8th through October 28th, the greater your chances of winning

Four runners-up win a $500 shopping spree on NBAstore.com, and the Grand Prize winner gets $2,000 shopping spree on NBAstore.com and $500 in cash. Make sure you read all the official contest rules, and submit your video by October 7th.
