This YouTube video contest is great for people that like to sing, write songs and show off their creativity. To enter the Mermaid Jingle Jam, register for free for the Mermaid Club, create a jingle that cleverly incorporates the original Chicken of the Sea jingle lyrics into your own music video, then log on to www.MermaidJingleJam.com to upload your video and enter the contest. Hurry up and enter because the first 100 people to submit valid entries will win an iPod ® shuffle! I just checked YouTube, and there are only FOUR entries as of this posting. The next 50 valid entries after that are eligible to win a $10 iTunes ® Gift Card!

Personally, I really admire Chicken of the Sea for including Second Harvest food bank in this contest. It’s a worthy charity and even if you don’t win, try to remember that Second Harvest needs our help 365 days a year.
